Mindfulness
In this course, you will be introduced to what mindfulness is and how to bring mindfulness into your decision making. You will also be invited to experience mindfulness for yourself and to connect your experience to your new learning.
You will work through ten modules on mindfulness and intentional thinking and learn to incorporate this framework in decision making. Each module consists of a video lecture (each less than 30 minutes), a guided meditation for the week (each less than 20 minutes), and customized exercises to help you integrate the material.
The course also includes weekly 90 minute coaching calls with Coach, Meditation Instructor and Attorney, Kim Milone.
Decisions
From everyday small decisions to the larger decisions about our careers, we make decisions constantly. We can choose to make those decisions intentionally or we can operate on "auto-pilot" instead.

Supportive Framework of Mindfulness
I've been in your shoes - more than once. I created this course within a Mindfulness framework because I have used these very tools for the insights I needed to make my own decisions about my career. The framework is effective and supports you in your own journey.
You will have access to tools that help you move from ambivalence through intention into action:
- exercises grounded in intentional thinking;
- customized guided meditations to help you cultivate both mindfulness and self compassion;
- journal prompts to help you bring together your heart + your mind, so you can make empowered decisions about your own life and career.
